Why do some firms measure customer profitability? In what situation would a firm not want to measure customer profitability? (CMA-Dec-2019)

Ans:-

Some firm may measure customer profitability when groups of customers differ in the amount and cost of services provided. A firm would not be interested in the measuring customer profitability if all customers receive the same services at the same cost.
