this situation, I would like to use absorption costing Method to show the higher net operating income.
The reason is that If production exceeds sales there exist closing inventory that
bear portion of Fixed manufacturing overhead cost and this cost transfer to the
next accounting period that’s why current period operating cost decrease which
result create show the higher net operating income figure.
