A listed Company May be En- listed by following Condition:-
0001. The company must be a public limited company,having its minimum paid up capital of TK.03 crore.
0202. The company must apply to the stock exchange with listing fee and required documents before 10 days of issuing of the first prospectus.
0303. Subscribe by at least 500 Applicants.
0404.Made allotement of share to the sucessful Applicants and refund the application money to the unsucessful applicant with in four weeks of the closure of subcription list.
0505 The company shall issue the share certificate with in 90 days of the closure of the subscription.
