0707.  Copy of all materials contracts and  agreements                                                                                                                                

0808.Copy of consent order issues by the commissioner

0909.Name of the director .

1010.Draft prospectus /offer for sales

1111.Copy of underwriting agreement.

1212.  Statement of audited accounts  for the last 05 years

1313. Statement showing cost of project

1414.Copy of tax holiday application
